IT'S OFFICIAL - Gunner received #1 UKC Labrador Retriever for 2006, and #2 UKC Gun Dog for 2006!

Gunner had an excellent year in 2006, with over 30 Best of Breed awards (8 Group, and 211 Top Ten Points as of September 30th) and is still the #1 Labrador Retriever in UKC for 2006! He also has 6 Total Dog Awards. Gunner has proven to be an excellent all around dog with desire to do whatever he is asked. Click here for more info on Gunner! |

Gunner receiving his Total Dog award at the UKC 2006 Premier Show in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Gunner was the only Labrador Retriever at the Premier to receive this award which requires a win over the Grand Champion Class and a qualifying score in obedience.
This was Gunner's 6th Total Dog Award in 2006!Finishing with 14 Total Dog awards.

| CONGRATULATIONS to PJ'S Esquinevet Ragtime Ru-grr, owned by Mel & Ellen McKinnon! Ru-grr has taken multiple Best in Show and Reserved Best in Show in 2007. We caught up with Ellen & Ru-grr and begged to let "Grandma Sheila" in on the photo with her and all of her prizes! Ru-grr is also in the Top 5 of Labrador Retrievers in the country, being shown in UKC... following right in her father Gunner's footsteps as the #1 point scoring UKC Lab in history (finishing as the #1 Lab in 2006). |

| Oden has completed his AKC CDX with placements in the ring for all of his qualifications! |

| Here you see Oden and owner Jeff, after Oden received the second and third legs on his CD showing in Novice B. Oden was in his second show in Novice B and received his second leg with a score of 196.5+ which ended up with a third place ribbon. He was placed in 4th place over all in Novice B with 21 dogs being shown. It all came down to a three way tie for second place and they had to do a run off for the remaining positions! Oden continuously shows his desire to perform well in the ring and as this was only his second show... we are very proud that he did so well! |
